We commit to excellence, transparency, and fairness in every collaboration.

Our consultants and partners work only within their proven expertise. We clearly define each project’s scope, deliverables, and responsibilities in writing — ensuring transparency and mutual trust.

All work is performed according to the highest scientific, ethical, and commercial standards. And, we continuously update our knowledge to stay current with the evolving landscape of advanced therapies, regulation, and innovation policy.

Quality and Accountability

Delivering consistent quality, every time.

Every assignment begins with clear objectives and defined outcomes. We maintain documentation throughout the project and share progress transparently with clients.

All third parties working under HOYA’s name are bound by the same quality standards and this Code of Conduct. We regularly evaluate performance to ensure that our services meet the highest expectations.

Ethics and Integrity

Acting with independence and responsibility.

Integrity is central to who we are. We avoid conflicts of interest and always act in the best interest of our clients and the field we serve.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable — no client information is shared externally without written consent. We decline assignments that we cannot execute effectively, ethically, or within agreed timeframes.

Fair and Transparent Fees

No hidden costs. No surprises.

We are fully transparent about our fees and terms. Our contracts specify how fees are calculated and under what conditions.

We never request ownership or long-term rights to client assets unless explicitly agreed upon in writing and under fair terms. Clients always have a clear understanding of what they are paying for — and why.

Reporting & Governance

Ethics are everyone’s responsibility.

Any concerns regarding conduct or equality can be raised confidentially through our dedicated ethics channel: ethics@hoyaconsulting.se.

All reports are reviewed by HOYA’s responsible persons — and handled with discretion, respect, and zero tolerance for retaliation.

Transparency and Confidentiality

Clarity and honesty build trust.

Before each engagement, we communicate all terms — scope, pricing, deliverables — clearly and in writing.

We disclose subcontractors or third-party tools, including the use of AI, and ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and ethical standards. Clients retain access to all materials and information related to their projects.

Continuous Improvement

Accountability through transparency.

We review this Code and our Gender Equality Plan annually to ensure alignment with new regulations and sector best practices.

We welcome feedback from colleagues, clients, and partners to strengthen our shared commitment to ethical, inclusive, and impactful consultancy.
